Private Sessions: An Individual Approach

Want to join in a group class, but can’t find a beginners course? Have an injury or condition and want to learn how begin and benefit from Pilates?

Kari has developed a beginners foundations course which is usually completed in three to five private session. From finding your core to many Classical Pilates exercise such as Double Leg Stretch and Cobra, you will finish the course feeling strong and confident to join any Improver class, in any studio.

Private lessons are £50 per session, £45 for a block of 5.

Sessions for two people are £75 per session, please contact Kari directly for booking.
