Tuesdays: 16 April - 25 June (no class 28 May)

9:15 - 10:15am: Intermediates (1 space)

10:30 - 11:30am at EHVH: Senior Improvers (full) - email for waitlist, not on GymCatch

6:15 - 7:15pm: Improvers (3 spaces)

Fridays: 19 April - 28 June (no class 31 May)

9:15 - 10:15am: Advanced (full)

About our Pilates Group Classes

Join our intimate Pilates Group Matwork Classes, where the focus is on you. With a maximum of six participants per session, you'll enjoy personalised attention and corrections tailored to your needs. Our relaxed environment and small community will make your Pilates journey an enjoyable part of your week!

Each class blends classical and modern Pilates exercises, along with deep stretches and joint mobilization techniques. Emphasising full body and core strength, mobility, and balance, our progressive sessions are designed to challenge you at every level.

Have an injury or medical condition? No problem. With small classes and years of experience, Kari can provide modified exercises to accommodate various needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all.

Please note, due to misuse, free trial classes are no longer available, but you are welcome to book a single session via the booking system. Your first session includes a comprehensive health and fitness review, a one-hour trial class with personalised corrections, and a customised plan to support your Pilates journey.
